Stage 2 – Log-Book Portal and Site Asset Manager Web Interface Explained

Our maintenance process evolved from traditional paper-based systems. Where once wall-mounted Tee card panels and paper logbooks were used, we now provide a centralised digital solution through our Log-Book Portal.

The Log-Book Portal is a browser-based interface linked to Site Asset Manager (SAM) — our bespoke application designed for building digital asset registers, scheduling planned maintenance, and storing statutory service reports.

With this cloud-based technology, asset records are no longer stored solely on-site. Authorised personnel — from engineers and caretakers to auditors, facilities managers and directors — can access critical compliance information from anywhere, at any time.

Each system and asset is documented by premises, system type, and location. A unique identification number is assigned to each asset. Users can monitor operational status in real time and use the “Assets by Status” function to identify items that require urgent repair, inspection, or replacement.

Access to the Log-Book Portal is included with our service and offered subscription-free to customer employees following completion of the registration process.
